The High Noon book looks fascinating, and Mrs Palfrey would fit well with my predilection for "novels you probably haven't read that were turned into well-known films."

And the Frankel book as well. They also have copies of his books on The Searchers (which I may read) and Midnight Cowboy (which I probably won't).
And... Mrs P is now on its way to me from the other side of the state. Man, I love libraries.
